My heart swells with gratitude and admiration for the incredible women who have shaped my life and continue to inspire me every single day. From the nurturing lessons of my dear mother to the dedicated women who grace the corridors of KIIT & KISS, their strength, resilience, and unwavering commitment to excellence serve as a beacon of hope and inspiration.
From the tender age of my childhood, despite being a fatherless child, I have been blessed to be surrounded by extraordinary women who have shaped my values and principles. My mother, with her boundless love and selflessness, taught me the importance of empathy, compassion, and respect for all. Her unwavering dedication to our 7 siblings and her relentless guidance to serve the needy and help, despite our extreme poverty have left an indelible mark on my soul, guiding me in my mission to make a positive difference in the world.
Central to our mission at KIIT & KISS is the empowering principle of ‘She for She’—an ideology rooted in mutual support and solidarity among women.
This belief runs deep in our institution, creating an environment where women help one another succeed. By embedding this philosophy into our programs, women’s clubs, and everyday interactions, we cultivate a community where every woman is supported to reach her full potential.
We firmly believe in the power of empowerment. We’ve implemented various programmes and women’s club activities aimed at uplifting our 6000+ women staff members. We have made it our mission to empower and uplift women from all walks of life. Through education, training, and mentorship, we strive to provide them with the tools they need to succeed and thrive in a rapidly changing world. The women who walk through our doors each day are not just students or employees; they are trailblazers, pioneers, and agents of change, determined to make their mark on the world.
Today, at KIIT & KISS, we celebrate each day with an overwhelming sense of pride and gratitude for the incredible women who form the backbone of our organization. Their tireless efforts, continued determination, and boundless resilience have propelled us forward, shaping the future of our institution and inspiring generations to come. She for She, the ideology of women supporting other women and working hand in hand, has made KIIT more progressive, reflecting our commitment to creating a better world.
To all the extraordinary women out there, I extend my heartfelt wishes on this special day. Your contributions to society are immeasurable, and your strength knows no bounds. “My mother, my hero” , a book authored by Samanta Sir ,the reason behind was his mother was an ordinary human being with some extraordinary dreams & vision to help the society.
The untimely death of his father in a train accident left her mother the burden of running a family of seven siblings which she managed very well.
Worth mentioning that
Women’s power helps in the holistic development of a nation and society.
If priority is given to women’s empowerment, the Nation and society can develop.
Women’s power brings in transformation reflected.
Whatever he has achieved, is because of her values that he has picked up while growing up.
With the inspiration of his divine mother & lessons learnt since his childhood, Samanta Sir took steps in the right direction for empowering & uplifting women of KIIT & KISS & now they are dedicated, working as pillars of KIIT & KISS.
If they help each other, support each other, become strength for each other, stand for each other then it will be ” “Ram Rajya”.

If one woman says something to convince, then the same may be possible by 10 men.
This is the real hidden, inherent power of Women.
